Your guided tour will include the historic Alfama district, the oldest quarter of Lisbon, known for its narrow medieval streets and traditional Fado atmosphere. Continue to the iconic Belém Tower, symbol of Portugal’s Age of Discoveries, built in the 16th century to guard the entrance to the harbor. Nearby, admire the magnificent Jeronimos Monastery, a masterpiece of Manueline architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This monastery is closely linked to Vasco da Gama’s voyages to India.

Entire day dedicated to religious activities in Fátima, one of the most important Marian shrines in the world. In 1917, the Virgin Mary appeared six times to three shepherd children: Lucia dos Santos, Jacinta Marto and Francisco Marto.
Visit the Sanctuary area including the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Chapel of the Apparitions, built on the exact spot where the Virgin appeared. The vast esplanade can host hundreds of thousands of pilgrims during major celebrations.

Arrival and hotel accommodation. Santiago is the final destination of the famous Camino de Santiago, walked for centuries by pilgrims from all over Europe. The city developed around the tomb of Saint James the Apostle.

4SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA

Guided city tour starting from Obradoiro Square, the heart of the city. Here you will admire the historic Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, which houses the relics of Saint James. The cathedral’s Romanesque structure and Baroque façade make it one of Spain’s architectural treasures.
You will also see the Colegio de San Jerónimo, the Rajoy Palace, the Gelmírez Palace and the Parador de los Reyes Católicos, originally built as a hospital for pilgrims in the 15th century.
